The South End Arts & Business in collaboration with Dealer.com, are very pleased to present a Call to Artist for a large scale outdoor public art installation at the Dealer.com site. The installation will occur on the two existing silo’s on the Pine Street side of the building. The RFP is open to artisans and architects who reside or work in the South End of Burlington, VT. Michael Strauss is a colorist who paints mainly in acrylic and ink. He is also a professor emeritus of chemistry at UVM, and teaches chemistry, general science, educational pedagogy and drawing classes at the University of Vermont.
Michael has graciously decided to donate %100 of his proceeds of sales of this show to SEABA.
